After a bit of interaction with the teachers in the Academy, I check out South Province Area Four, which has some Pokémon and a bunch of Trainers that I can battle against. The area isn't required for the main story, but if you want to capture the Pokémon encountered there, as well as items, it is a good place to go to.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

The part where I interact with the teachers followed up from the previous part, and I buy evolution items from Delibird Presents.
I enter South Province Area Four, and it will take a lot of time to go over the encounters, but you do get a Rocky Helmet from a League Staff for beating 5 Trainers.
Going over new encounters, there is a Scyther with the Normal Tera Type, and if you plan on using one, make sure you get Technician, this pairs well with Double Hit, which Scyther will have. It does have to be traded while holding the Metal Coat to evolve, but even if you had no way to trade, Scyther is still usable, it has higher Speed than its evolved form Scizor, the advantage to Scizor is access to Bullet Punch, it is a good Pokémon to pick up. You can find a Psychic Tera Type Golduck and a Grass Tera Type Leafeon as well.
Next is Goomy, the weakest Dragon-type Pokémon, and you can find its evolved form Sliggoo with the Poison Tera Type. Goomy is very weak, and it isn't until Level 40 that it evolves, and to fully evolve, it needs to be in rain in the overworld, and once fully evolved, it has one of the highest Special Defense stats in the game. You can choose to wait till later, because you can find its evolved form Sliggoo in the wild if you don't want to go through Goomy's weak stats.
Another Pokémon starts off very weak is Toxel, it evolves at Level 30 where it has good Special Attack, and you will want Rattled, this turns into Punk Rock when it evolves into Toxtricity, as that powers up its signature move Overdrive and other sound based moves like Boomburst, a good option if you can work through the Toxel stage.
Another decent option is Meditite, it does come with Force Palm when caught, and it learns High Jump Kick at Level 28. It doesn't even until Level 37, but once it evolves, it does make a good team option to add, it does learn the Elemental Punches and Zen Headbutt once it evolves.
Riolu is back in the game once again, and this one evolves through Friendship, if you can work your way, it will evolve into Lucario. This is a great option to add, Lucario learns Aura Sphere upon evolution, and it does learn a wide variety of moves, like Psychic, Dark Pulse, and many other moves, this is a Pokémon that I would recommend.
Then we have Hatenna, it's very weak, its first evolution is at Level 32, and it isn't until Level 42 that it will be fully evolved, but once it is fully evolved, it has one of the highest Special Attack stats in the game, but it is very slow. Hatenna does learn some Fairy-type moves through level up, but it doesn't gain the Fairy-type until it is fully evolved.
Barboach is kind of average for a Water/Ground-type, the one good thing is it can learn Spark as an Egg Move, I wouldn't recomend it as a team member, it can be decent, but it faces competition with other Water and Ground-type Pokémon.
I don't need to go over Rufflet due to how late that thing evolves, it isn't until Level 54 that it will evolve, but it's there for Pokédex filler, and you can find its evolved form in the wild later in the game, while Attack is its best stat, you are better off using Staravia or Squawkabilly instead.
We get another good Fighting/Flying-type, Hawlucha is back, it comes with Aerial Ace when caught, and it learns Brick Break at Level 24, it is ready once you obtain it. It has good Speed and Attack, and it learns a variety of TM moves, and this isn't the only place you can find Hawlucha, they can be found in the North Province, but this is the earliest you can get it if you want to use it.
South Province Area Four has a bunch of evolved Pokémon, for encounters, you can find Persian, Arcanine, Grumpig, Sawsbuck, Flaaffy, Houndoom, Primeape, Lilligant, and Salazzle, some of the evolved Pokémon can be at a higher level than the regular wild Pokémon. One Pokémon I want to go over is Chansey, one of the best Special walls in the game with that high HP stat, its evolved form Blissey is currently the highest HP stat in the game, this can be a decent Pokémon to use if you need something that can take Special hits, and while you can find Chansey as a fixed spawn, you can fight them for good experience, but there is a better area later on where you can encounter Chansey more commonly.
Going over Boss Trainers, there is one with a Tadbulb and Eevee that have damage reducing berries, and one that uses the Sensu Style Oricorio, which is a Ghost/Flying-type, a Slowking which can be a tough opponent at this point, and he has Staravia as well.
