2All the planning in the world can only go so far when you have no idea what the enemy has in store. I'm just amused the one strategy that worked is the one that I was initially afraid of. Turns out, just sitting in the middle of the bridge IS the correct strategy to deal with the counterattack.
Too bad there's no time for me to loot the soldiers here. Dunno how the next map'll go, but considering it's a defense map, I could probably expect the usual "several hundred infantry attack" hooliganery similar to what happened with the crash site by the cabin. Wonder if I should've carried the PPSh instead of the DP thanks to the magazine capacity.
