Murmurs about the remake have started to concrete after the demo came out, and all I'm thinking about is how disappointed I am in seeing the rarer Sterling being replaced with the more commonly seen Sten. Like I get why it's there, old mining colony and all, but still. You just don't see the Sterling everyday, y'know? Especially that suppressed variant with the wooden handguard. Lost potential.

Too bad I had firearms in this replacer only spawning in BFG and plasmarifle drops, so we still won't be seeing those in these runs. You'd think that I wouldn't need AI Director to balance out a mapset literally called "20 Monsters", but no, some folks just drop 6 of them at once in the worst possible configuration with this setup. TC's combat flow is already stretched at around 3-4 enemies at once.

Starting to wonder if I should do an actual drop chance thing in the replacer instead of relying on AID to balance maps for me, but it's always gonna be a high ask when you're backtracking through sections constantly. Plus, I dunno about maps that specifically have scripted deaths trigger stuff. Can't remember if AID itself anticipates that, now that I think about it. Will have to experiment later.
