With the war with Spain dragging on and on, I've decided to change my approach a bit. Instead of waiting for the moment I'm able to capture a city for the French, I'm going to expand the Dutch territory instead. By doing so I will be able to get all of the Dutch player cities, minus the last (two) parts, which will make it a lot easier for me to eventually supply my cities with the required goods.
The main reason I'm doing this is because of that AI cheat I encountered in the last episode when Spain gained 8 fleets the moment another country declared war on them.

Another thing I changed is adding a second armed convoy to my fleet so I could supply the cities I got a warehouse in with the other goods, thus increasing my income a bit. And the reason for that is simple too, I've lost about 7M in that long war and it slowly starts to hurt a lot.
