241A playthrough of Taito's 1991 NES game, Power Blade.
Played through on the Normal difficulty setting. Awesome game, as you would expect from Natsume - it's right on par with their other top-tier platformers (Shadow of the Ninja, Dragon Fighter, et al), the music is head and shoulders above most platformers, and it's extremely easy on the regular difficulty setting, so even a new player can jump in and have some success before throwing the controller at the wall. It's also a massive step up from the original Japanese version with all the improvements that were made specifically for the western release.
