PowerWash-Simulator offers a uniquely satisfying and oddly addictive experience, allowing players to indulge in the therapeutic act of blasting away dirt and grime with high-pressure water. You take on the role of a professional power-washer, slowly building up a business, cleaning everything from a house, to a temple, to the Mars Rover.

The game's core premise is wonderfully simple: find the dirt, aim your nozzle, and adjust the spray to efficiently cover a large area while being strong enough to remove the dirt. There's no stress here, no imminent danger or impending doom—just you, the dirt, and the pure joy of watching it vanish under the relentless onslaught of your power washer. It's the kind of gameplay that can quickly become hypnotic, with a Zen-like quality that can make minutes turn into hours without you even realizing it.

While PowerWash Simulator excels at providing this relaxing and strangely rewarding experience, it's not without a few quirks. Sometimes, dirt can be invisible to the naked eye, or require a bit too much detective work to uncover. Balancing is another aspect where PowerWash Simulator faces challenges. The vast, flat surfaces can become somewhat repetitive, while tackling small, intricate objects does not feel rewarding, particularly when contending with finicky controller inputs.

Additionally, the game's mechanic of automatically finishing off the very last bit of objects, while helpful in some instances, can feel a tad jarring as it undermines what made the game so satyisfying to me. Customization options, while present, lack meaningful variety.

In the end, PowerWash-Simulator offers a niche experience that is strangely compelling. It can be highly addictive, giving you hundreds of small manageable goals to achieve, and constant positive feedback just like a mobile game. But overall, it's the definition of a shallow game. Although I did find it satisfying and relaxing, I can only recommend it if you can afford to waste the 50 hours or so it takes to complete, or you're looking for a relaxing game to play online with friends.

Overall, I give this game 60%.
