Project Justice - Sega Dreamcast – Intro & Arcade story mode playthrough as Taiyo H.S [1080p60]
Full playthrough / longplay / trueplay of Project Justice: Rival Schools 2 as Taiyo High School in the story mode. Taiyo High School is the main school in the game and its team consists of Batsu, Hinata and Kyosuke. Most teams have two routes in the game during the arcade story mode and for this playthrough we take the main route, which you do by making sure Batsu wins against Akira in the second match. If you lose he runs off then comes back as Burning Batsu later. The game was developed for arcades on the Sega NAOMI hardware, before being ported to the Dreamcast.
Project Justice: Rival Schools 2 was a real gem in the Dreamcast library and it's a solid 3D fighter with a great team battle system. It's a major improvement over many of Capcom's other 3D games from that era and is a much better game than the first installment. Unlike the X-Men & Marvel versus series, you can only swap characters at the end of each round, which prevents a lot of the spamming issues seen in those games and gives you a far fairer system. With a huge cast of characters and plenty of unlockable content, Project Justice will keep you coming back for more. Sadly the game on release got lost in the glut of versus fighting games out at the time on Dreamcast and like so many of Capcom's franchises disappeared without a trace.
This capture is taken from the English version, which had the board game create a character mode pulled from it. While the mode is heavy in Japanese text, it's worth thinking about picked up a Japanese version if you want an uncut version of the game. As you can't create your own character in the English version, but instead you can unlock a few pre-made characters from the mode.
