A first Map-Center Q2 speedmap jam is 'an open ended "space station" theme' with a set of "missing" textures used as a base, with 9 maps to go through. Heard of "Oops! All Greyboxes!" project? It's kinda like that. Since these are speedmaps, they won't really exactly be of quality compared to a jam that's hosted for a month or longer, but they are still solid at worst for being made in just 2 days. Hub's made by Shartuterie.

Gekk Hunt (Shartuterie):
Oops, all Gekk! But I'll gladly take Gekk spam over Mutant spam.

Goon Cave (Lil Deezus):
The joke is s*x, laugh.

Daddy's Lil' Spinner (sixsik6)
More of a space city than a space station. The platforming section is a bit scuffed with that long jump you have to do, but at least it's just for that one section. It was alright.

Operation Strogg Meat (ziutek):
A cool premise of being put inside a simulation for Repair Bots, the textures fit perfectly. Neat little map.

What Happened to Your Eyes? (Burnham):
Just a small space station, nothing much. Yet for some reason, the Arachnid uses the PSX model instead of the remaster model, don't know why that is.

Battle Over Stroggos (Konig):
Fighting Strogg forces on top of the battleship from the opening cutscene of Q2 (not 1:1 of course). The mission is also timed and if you take too long, you get a bad ending with the ship being blown up. Cool challenging map.

Amperz Map (amperz):
"First map" stigma, but it's not bad. The copypasted hallways need to be toned down and also some more resources for next time is something to keep in mind, you don't want people to fall back to the blaster when fighting boss enemies or big groups of enemies.

Have You Ever Tried Spacefood? (Nicco):
A bigger in scope map, but it kinda holds back when it comes to enemy encounters, the giant room that then leads to the final battle on the landing strip is the hardest it gets. It's still a solid map regardless.

Expirimental Ship (theV):
Typo in the name aside, this is better compared to the N64 Jam map, but still relies on not much resources and being cramped, but it's basically a boss map that doesn't bombard you with every boss from the game, so that's a plus. Also, small Stalkers.
