Another battle that requires a very offensive strategy in order to succeed in this challenge. The cannons that aid the boss in attacking die to fire-elemental magic but Raynie doesn't even 2HKO them with a Fire spell. In a normal game she will have had G-Fire for a while by this point, but in this challenge we'll be lucky if we have that for the final boss.

My strategy for eliminating the cannons is equipping Stocke for physical attack and using his lv. 3 mana burst on each cannon, having Aht Lucky Breath him in between. Marco's last mana burst is very helpful in that it heals the party's HP, powering up its stats for a little while, which is exactly the time where keeping the party alive is very hard.

Once the cannons are down, we have the main boss to take care of. With Aht's traps and a magical setup, this is a piece of cake, but we also want to steal a dagger from the boss. The weapon is kinda useless but we could always use some money and I believe it should sell nice if a need arises. I can only imagine how much preparations for the final battles will cost.

At this point, I start thinking if I should enter Raynie into more mandatory battles, because if she doesn't learn G-Fire until the final boss (which is too likely considering the low number of battles ahead and how using Eruca, Marco and Aht is so much more efficient and convenient from all possibles angles), then I honestly dread even thinking how I'll be doing damage to it.
