Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction Part 13: The Search for Papa Apogee Begins
0So, we return back into the world of Ratchet and Clank to explore yet another planet to find the Father of a strange girl we just met. It seems that the Space Station that we thought the artifact was at actually was not but, instead, it had a strange girl (Talwyn Apogee) whose name I’ve not remembered as of yet, so do forgive me if I’m like “Who is that?” or “I think I’ve heard that name before”. I did mention at the beginning of this game that I’ve not played any of the Future series before this so I not really know all the characters yet (But I do recognize some of the references they make). If memory serves me correct, her Father had gone out of his way to search for/hide the artifact that we are looking for so, once we find him, he should lead us to the artifact or, at the very least, tell us what it is/does. They haven’t really explained what the device does yet, just that Tachyon is looking for it and is trying to get to it before we do. I think they give some explanation for it later but I’m not really sure if they are telling me the truth or if it’s a red herring; I’m expecting them to be like “Oh yeah, it killed everyone” then to change what the device does to then try and trick us into using it. Regardless of my mindless speculation, we still have to find Pap Apogee who was last spotted on the Pirate World. Speaking of which, we ran upon a door (near the end of the video) that only allowed us entry if we were a Pirate which got me super excited since I thought we would be joining a Pirate Group. Sadly, that was not the case.
