It's been a while since I last looked at this Sinclair ZX Spectrum clone from Belarus. It has a beautiful ceramic Т34ВМ1 (T34VM1), later known as the К1858ВМ1, which is the Soviet version of the Zilog Z80.

It also utilises a Soviet version of the ULA, the КА1515ХМ1-216, which is the same as used in the "red" Moldovan BYTEs I have (amongst others) - none of which work. I have some spares (new old stock) of these but I'm reluctant to replace it.

The ROM is a Т34РЕ1-020 which is a 16KB implementation of the Sinclair ROM:

As with pretty much all my other Soviet/post-Soviet computers, it uses eight 64Kbit КР565РУ5Г (KR565RU5G) DRAMs. I wonder if one, or more, of these are causing the issue ... ?
