The premise of the game involves racing radio-controlled cars around environments like museums, steamships, construction sites and supermarkets. During a race the cars can collect random weapons to use to displace competitors. Cars and tracks were both unlocked through success in the game's races.
The game as also pickups that include any collectible item in the game that can be used for the players benefit against his or her opponents during a race. The pickups will spawn again after a while. They have the appearance of a small lightning bolt.

Those are: Shockwave, Firework Missle Pack, Electro Pulse, Bomb, Oil Slick, Water Balloons (pack of 3), Ball Bearing(which is a giant bowling ball), Clone Pick Up(to fool your opponents with a fake lighting bolt), Turbo Battery and Global Pulse Star(when fired, emits an electromagnetic pulse on a global scale, temporarily disabling all other racers except for the one that fired it for about three seconds).

This port of the game featured a few changes in gameplay and graphics and like the Dreamcast version's time trial mode and many other arcade racers, there is a global timer.

Some tracks has been modified by Tsunami. Cars have 5 hue-changed skins available besides the default skin. In total, there are 11 tracks and 23 cars.
This version also had two additional tracks. Those are Gabor's Venice and a new track created by Kurt Arnlund, an ex-Tsunami employee.
