Remnant:From Ashes - Early gameplay
4Greetings viewers. Today we're taking a look at a game in early access for pre-order folks and that is Remnant-From Ashes. It is produced by Gunfire games and Perfect World. Hopefully there will be no PWE curse but that remains to be seen.
So Remnant will be on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and likely Arc. Pre-ordering it will have granted you a few days head start but it was less than a week and it also came with some early game loot. Seemingly nothing earth shattering. So far the game is tough and it will frustrate you. It might get easier with friends but the tension is ramped up due to a kind of eldritch-Soulsborn horror deal. Enemy aggro often times itself well to come after you just as you relax and think it is over. The game also hits you with difficult enemies fairly early on. It is ironic the Steam store said "games like this-Defiance" because it does remind me a bit of Defiance. remnant has a more jump scare-y vibe to it than Defiance and the difficulty is reasonably higher. I hit my first boss arena at the end of the video and am pretty sure I'm going to get crushed again when I go back LOL.
