Marvel Avengers Alliance Redux-July updates (What's up with Alpha 5 and other assorted topics)
132So as some of you might be aware, Alpha 5 was originally booked for a Dark Phoenix/June release. At this point, alpha 5 was held out for more quality testing. Goofy is re-doing a lot of the status systems so that it becomes easier to imagine in the future. This should enable better customization in the future with not only existing statuses but new ones that might be added for new toons. While this might make a delay for you and I playing the new alpha, it is one we should all be patient with. That being said, Goofy has diverted course and will update different things for alpha 5 and work on the status effects for future alphas.
Aside from the status of alpha 5, I recently came across the wiki page dealing with the prior mobile versions of MAA. Reading up on factual evidence of just how bad the android MAA version was further solidifies my stance AGAINST mobile versions of MAAR. It's fairly clear that the original android version was so bad, the people asking for a version of it now were likely not players of the former android version.
Final topic-I ran into a HILARIOUS statement the other day where somebody said ISOs in MAA were pay to win and the game died a year after their release....fucking crack smoker.
