The last two levels of the "Agony" set. Screen G is a lovely and very difficult level: it starts with an intricate rock puzzle in which the rock above the key has to be unblocked on both sides before it can move, and a room to the side is thick with fungus. In the middle section, I realised afterwards from looking at the map (on the 8-Bit Software website; the map cannot be viewed in-game on Screens F, G and H of any file) that the intended solution was probably to connect both cages at once with the rocks in the inner room, using the rock under the transporter to divert the spirits. However, I haven't tested this, but I feel my route should be just as fast if not faster. Finally, the upper section contains another clever spirit puzzle (the same rock must be used to connect the first two cages and to divert the third spirit, so the third cage must not be unblocked too soon) and some very tricky monsters. Notice how tight the time limit is on this level!

Screen H is another with a very low time limit. The first cage puzzle may seem impossible until you catch on to the rather elegant modus operandi, and a monster adds to the difficulty. Here I use spirit ferrying to avoid a dull waiting period; this is not necessary as there is an extra time capsule in the bottom-left corner. The middle section is an intricate skull maze in which the passages must be taken in the right order to avoid trapping any diamonds; thankfully the upper section is relatively simple, but again, there is not much time to spare, unless you wish to risk retrieving the second time capsule from the fungus. Note the clever final puzzle: the diamond flanking the timebomb must be taken last, or the rocks above the timebomb will end up trapping it.
