This is the infamous fifth level of Oceans, whose main feature is the difficulty of connecting the cage in the bottom-left. When Superior Interactive's PC remake (http://www.superiorinteractive.com/repton/3.htm) was first published, this level had two extra earth sections, one making it possible to bring an extra rock from the far right, the other supporting the rock pile so one fewer rock was needed. Naturally, these changes made the level much easier; when I noticed that one of the earth sections was not there on the original map, it took me a long time to work out that the level would still be possible without it. When I wrote to Richard Hanson to point this out, it was a real shock when he replied pointing out the second extra earth section! However, the original level is possible to complete, and Jonathan and I persuaded Richard to update the PC version to match the original level layout.

My solution to the level is largely the same as Jonathan's in his videos; I have borrowed his idea of making a pile of rocks outside the cage room and shunting them in together, which saves some time. The main difference is that I do the first part of the level faster, allowing me to retrieve the safe diamonds in the top section immediately without having to worry about timing with respect to the remaining spirit.
