Not even a run-and-jump, since there's no button to jump! Move left and right (using the mouse buttons for some reason, points for creativity) and walk on single-use springs to get propelled upwards, your only means of crossing gaps and squashing baddies.

Level 23 appears to be impassable, on account of a spring that's too close to the ceiling to launch you where you need to go.
