A 2D platformer with a gross-out aesthetic and a story told in-medias-res chronicling the dysfunctional relationship between two brothers. This builds upon Niemayer's previous game "Mario Lost His Boots," taking its bouncing mechanics and applying it to stomping enemies or using zippers to cross gaps. The jumping engine isn't without its quirks, including Stool occasionally having much heavier gravity applied at the start of a stage, but one takes for granted how long it took for decent stomp physics in a Clickteam game.

The game intentionally dummies out the cutscenes before and after the first boss for whatever reason, making it skip to the next level the instant they're loaded; they've been restored for this playthrough.
The 'choice' before the ending is among the earliest screens in the game, suggesting the plot might've been something completely different. The game proceeds whether you choose an option or not, selecting either of them only plays the animation of doodoo caca.
