400 Scottish soldiers have marched through the streets of Canterbury for a farewell parade in the city they have called home for the last 10 years.

The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, 5th Battalion the Royal Regiment of Scotland, is being reduced to a single company under army restructuring plans.
