This is yet another battle I won on the first try. My strategy is not necessarily very refined, but hey, it worked.
This battle is quite harder than in vanilla... like all of them... but not by a whole lot. The enemy selection is, once again, lacking, but some of them have been replaced with better classes. There's still a squire, but the thief was replaced by a samurai, and one of the squires was replaced by a monk. In regular 1.3, the chemists have elemental guns, making them EXTREMELY dangerous.
The battle looked like it would be difficult at first... until my samurai went into the fray. Poor, poor enemies. This was my first time testing Battle Skill on ninjas. I can't exactly say it was all that conclusive in this particular battle, but I might want to use that again some other time.
I could have ended the battle very quickly before the 9th minute mark, but I decided to get enemy crystals and all... and that made it considerably longer. You can just stop watching at the ninth minute.
Seijin learned some advanced samurai skills, Ramza learned Finger Guard (whoohoo!), and I got a Mythril Gun. Nothing too exciting (other than the samurai skills).
