Luckily for me, I started this playthrough before the changes on this map. In the newer versions of the patch, this battle features a dark chocobo and green chocobos, along with many other enemies. Here, all I fight is some red, black and regular chocobos, one of each pig type (Uribo, Porky, Wildbow) and a tree.
Most of these enemies are incapable of heavy damage or ranged attacks (only black and red chocobos fall in those categories), and I generally keep them at bay with ease. Not to mention that my level isn't really very high, so they don't have much of an advantage over me, despite them outnumbering me by over 2:1 (11 on their side, 5 on my side).
This is a very easy battle compared to the previous one. It didn't require much preparation if at all (I jumped into this blind, I didn't even know what to expect - this was my first attempt at it), and I won with ease. Again, this probably would have been a lot more complicated if my levels were a lot higher, though.
