Okay, here, you will be able to see my lameness in its full glory. I had one test attempt at this battle to see what to expect and to watch for. With the goal of the battle being to reduce either Celia's or Lede's HP to under 25% (or is it 20%?) of their max, it's pretty easy to win even with a questionable setup.

So, I made my Ramza extremely fast with speed-increasing equipment so that he moves before the assassins. Also, to move him closer to my group, who can then cure him and keep him going. Then, big surprise : they both have Maintenance. Honestly, how did I not notice that before? So, I have to throw the idea of stealing equipment by the window and I just went for the battle's objective. There isn't much to add. It's a short battle if you stick to the objective and ignore the monsters. Lede paid the price.
