Another of these shorts videos showing the status of the Atari Mega STe.

I'm still trying to figure out why the machine randomly bombs in some situations (mostly when using the VME graphic card), but that does not stop me to try to get it more usable, this time by improving the audio department with a couple of small mixers allowing me to fine tune the audio volume of all inputs and outputs, and redirect all that to the PC for recording purpose, or the speakers.

And just to test it all, a small gameplay demonstration of the game Dread, showing what a first person shooter look like on a 16mhz computer.

Regarding the mixers, they exist in multiple brands and names, but basically one is the "MC5 PRO" (that's the active one) and the other one is the "MC5" (the passive one which can be used inverted to swap the inputs with the outputs), brand wise you can find them as "One Little Bear" and "Douk Audio".

So far I've not noticed any background noise, grounding issues, etc... so quite good for the price!

As usual, feel free to comment if you have remarks, suggestions, questions, or ideas of topics you'd like to be covered in my videos.
