This is the 20th part of a series of videos where I'll show how we can take an old game and improve it significantly!

In this episode I explain why the previous idea (moving to Floppy Builder) was a bad one, and that sometimes just admit that a move was a wrong one and then course correct.

In this particular case, that means going back to the original BASIC program, but add assembler for the critical parts.

About Encounter:

"Encounter" (also known as "Encounter Adventure") is an Oric game released in 1983 by Severn Software.

This is a classical text adventure where you enter text commands and the computer answers by describing what happens, where you are, items you can find around.

As usual, feel free to comment if you have remarks, suggestions, questions, or ideas of topics you'd like to be covered in my videos.
