Guide for Kensou's basic tools and combos to get you started playing The King of Fighters XIV. These combos may not be optimized, but range from beginner to intermediate in difficulty and should give you a head start in learning this character. Feedback and questions are welcome!
Additional notes:
This was pretty difficult to compile. Kensou's combo opportunities are actually quite limited, but his biggest combos whiff on small characters, so I had to compile things for that, then I learned that cl. C xx dp BD doesn't work properly on crouchers and... it was a rough process.
Most of Kensou's corner Max combos involve a qcb AC to rdp B. It's possible to get a rdp D, but you have to time the qcb AC perfectly; not too early so it doesn't miss entirely, but not too late so there's enough time for the rdp D to connect, since it's slower than the B version. If you're canceling it you'll only gain about 5 damage, so it's probably not worth it anyway. But if you're ending the combo with it you'll gain about 20 damage.
Note that f. B whiffs on crouching opponents, but cl. D forces stand.
Kensou is a fireball character with actually really good damage in the corner, so he kinda works anywhere.

rdp = reverse dragon punch( b, d, db)
xx = cancel
arrow = do immediately after unless specified

(n) = cancel after nth hit of the move
