Guide for Ramon's basic tools and combos to get you started playing The King of Fighters XIV. These combos may not be optimized, but range from beginner to intermediate in difficulty and should give you a head start in learning this character. Feedback and questions are welcome!

Please refrain from character requests. I will create a guide for the entire cast, but I will go at my own pace. Please understand.

Additional notes:
Ramon is another character that has very limited combo potential, but he can land combos off of a lot of opportunites, such as CD xx qcb C and CH qcb A. Optimizing his combos for the amount of meter you have is usually pretty simple, considering that almost all of his combos end with his Bird of Paradise extension.

Note that some of you may mention that Ramon can link a cl. D after a CD xx qcb C in the corner, and may notice I didn't include that. It's actually pretty rare that'll happen in a match because you have to be completely in the corner for it to work. Not only that it ends up being weaker than just a combo starting with cl. D when you start adding super cancels, so it's not even that worth it as a punish sometimes.

Ramon is definitely best 2nd or 3rd, so he gets access to that amazing 2 bar combo. His EX moves can be quite scary as well.
