0As Heather investigates the dark area where she was dropped off by the elevator, she realizes that it is in fact the same shopping center where she boarded the elevator after her encounter with Claudia but is inexplicably more hostile, filled with grotesque, nightmarish creatures, decay, blood and other disgusting and disturbing sights. After eventually managing to open the strange door on the mall's third floor, Heather finds herself facing a nightmarish worm-like creature which she is forced to fight, eventually killing it. As she does, Heather finds herself surrounded by white light. Once it retreats, she finds herself standing near the central area of still eerily abandoned but otherwise normal shopping mall. making Heather question what really happened to her as she prepares to leave the building for good...
