112I've been watching quite a number of #DIY #homeMade method on #YouTube #Videos about #HowTo remove noise from the LM386 audio amplifier circuit which can be done in a few ways. But here experimented a new way using mini step down transformer to remove the distorted sound and it turns out to be very effective which is near 100% free from noise.
The problem with the LM386 IC is very sensitive to ground loop voltage. Even our fingers could actually disturb the signal. As you can see the crackling noise and sometimes hissing noise coming out even if there is no sound to amplifier (inactive states).
But after using the step down transformer at the input to filter the noise and once again it is regulated at the output using coupled inductor the sound is simply amazing. In inactive states (no music / sound) the distorted noise is almost nothing which i think this is one of the perfect solution used by audio amplifier manufacturer
