Robo Fortune is the last character of Skullgirls' DLC squad, and currently the final character to be added to the entire history of the franchise.

...Her Story Mode campaign is kinda weird, but I'll describe it out, anyway.

---Skulllgirls 2nd Encore Presents----
***MEWTROPOLIS: A STORY FROM DAYS OF FUTURE CATS***

[=CAST=]

-Main Characters-

Kimlinh Tran as Robo-Fortune
Kaiji Tang as Brain Drain
Laura Post as Valentine
Kira "Rina-chan" Buckland as Bloody Marie
--------------

One day in his office, the manipulative Brain Drain was reading some notes about the Skull Heart from one of his colleagues, Valentine, though he was also questioning her loyalty to him, which was quickly calmed when he heard on the radio that Valentine had the current Skullgirl, Marie, attack Lab 8.

Valentine's notes were of something Brain Drain did not appreciate. Valentine believes that the immoral abilities of the feral Nadia Fortune would be revolutionary to improving all bioweapons.

This plan made Brain Drain furious! He sought to prove that he could build a robot that could outperform everything that cat burglar could do! So he changed his clothes, grabbed his glasses and cigarettes, and went straight to work on his own Magnum Opus!

Thus, RF-MODEL R003, a.k.a. Robo-Fortune, was born, and Brain Drain gave her 5 objectives:

1: Eliminate the Skullgirl.
2: Capture the Skull Hear
3: Apprehend all traitors to Lab 0.
4: Incapacitate other subjects seeing the Skull Heart.
5: Master comedic timing.

Little to Brain Drain's knowledge at the time, Robo-Fortune would at least take that last objective of hers the most seriously, which befuddles him to no end. He leaves it to his creation to complete her mission, though he feels some lack of hope that she's even able to do that, and returns to his office to see if he will need to plan some adjustments.

Either way, Robo-Fortune engages her mission, whether she tackles it in one piece or in several pieces.

Later on, Robo-Fortune fights against Valentine, even though they're both supposed to be on the same side. Robo-Fortune explains to Valentine of Brain Drain's distaste of Valentine's attention towards the real Fortune, as well as her traitorous acts with sending the Skullgirl to destroy Lab 8.

Offended, Valentine breaks her ties with Brain Drain and his experiments and leaves. Robo-Fortune, herself, is starting to lose some trust in her own creator's actions. A mysterious woman recommends her to take a train to the Grand Cathedral for answers.

When Robo-Fortune made it to the church later on, much to her surprise, her next opponent was none other than the real Nadia Fortune. Although they didn't speak, their glares to each other showed that they don't believe that the world was big enough for two Fortunes.

Eventually the robot copy reigned triumphantly against her genuine article, and she then went deep into the cathedral's catacombs to speak with the Skullgirl, Bloody Marie.

Apparently this cat robot is aware of a lot of things: How humans and choose their own lives while she is stuck to her programming, the nature of his creator, just what the hell is she fighting for due to the Skull Heart's corruptible ways...

But most of all... the fact that her whole story in this playthrough is NON-CANON! GASP!

To Marie's credit, she knows this, too, but proceeds to fight Robo-Fortune anyway like this game's final boss script commands it. She eventually falls to the robot doppelganger.

Robo-Fortune brings the Skull Heart back to Brain Drain, despite still having some trouble believing in her creator's intentions like the Skull Heart reminded her. Brain Drain was pretty shocked that his very-flawed creation actually succeeded in her mission, but nonetheless used this victory to start the next step in his grand plan...

An army of gigantic Robo-Fortunes, powered by the Skull Heart. With no Skullgirl to hunt down anymore, they would all turn on humanity and destroy the Canopy Kingdom.

In this dark future, Annie of the Stars leads several survivors of the Armageddon to take back their kingdom from the robotic feline titans. Will they succeed, or will they, too, be... "purrged"?

THE END
--------------

Oh, and in another dimension, Aeon and Venus were watching this all happen, even though it was their job to do. HIGH FIVE!
--------------

Pay attention to all of the characters showed up in the ending: Annie, Umbrella, Issac, Stanley, and Adam. Then we also see Panzerfaust, Molly, Roxie, Feng, Hive, and D.Violet.

Why does this sound familiar? Because they're all characters, including Aeon, Venus, and even Marie, that could've been added to the game's roster, but at this point, they likely never will! This is highlighted even further with the ending not showing any of the characters that DID make it in.

Thanks for watching my 2nd Encore Story Mode playthroughs with voicing acting. I plan to have more Skullgirls content in the future beyond this so stay tuned for that!
