Info: After about a month or 2, I'm officially back to working on this hack. I see that C3 is a month away so that gives me about a month (And a week in a half) to finish this hack. The good thing for me is this hack was already more than half way finished when I took a break for a while. Reason why I haven't worked on it in so long was mainly due to not having many ideas for the levels. It's no doubt, kind of limiting when working on a vanilla hack but after seeing a few hacks recently, I've felt inspired to work on this hack again. If I was smart, I would've continued working on the hack despite the lack of ideas and would not have much left to do by now...*sigh* but I do tend to finish levels fast so maybe I may have a shot at finishing the hack before C3. (Without rushing of course.)

Anyways, here's a work in progress level that takes place in World 5 the Ice World. Not only had I not made a vanilla level in while but making cave levels is also kind of difficult for me so it's taking a while to get used to designing these levels again. This level is basically themed around those pencil looking spikes. Also, since everything is freezing over, the koopas have lost their color to their shells, making it difficult to tell them apart. I probably could've done a lot more with that but it was kind of an idea I had after this section was finished.

For some reason, I've grown to dislike the original SMW cave background. Maybe it's because I have trouble making a good palette for it but yeah I don't really like it as much as I thought I did, which is why you probably won't see it many times in this hack. (So far I can only recall one level having that background.) Anyways comments and feedback are always appreciated as I'm really interested in hearing your thoughts.

(This video may be a different type of video instead of the type I usually upload. The file size is larger than usual but I'm not sure if the quality is better or not. Either way, it was an accident made by changing the settings on my video editor.)
