Something that I'm quite glad on with Chex Quest is its very forgiving item drops, mostly. A stealth suit immediately in map02? A very generous give to my continued stealth.

Of course, it did had to compensate by giving me "nigh impossible to stealth" encounter bits. Lots of close quarters sneaksies here, some of them not really ending well. Still though, managed to get by and reached the exit, so atleast it's not completely impossible.
