Sonic Battle: Story Mode Part 15: Emerl Episode Part 1/2: Emerl Vs. Eggman!
6This is the finale of this game's Story Mode, and who else to finish it with than with the central character of this entire game?!

At this point, through the help of Sonic and all of his friends, the Gizoid robot known as Emerl has gained all 7 Chaos Emeralds and has become very strong from his fights with and against the others.
However, Dr. Eggman was not giving up on his plans for world domination. In fact, he had a way to take advantage of this situation with the Gizoid.
Eggman went to Sonic & Emerl, himself, to announce his world conquest through the use of his newest Death Egg and its most powerful weapon: The Final Egg Blaster.
After Eggman left, Tails prepared a warp transporter so that Sonic can reach the Death Egg and stop Eggman. It only had enough power for one warp. However, Sonic had a different plan.
Sonic instead wanted Emerl to take the reigns and fight Eggman, and Emerl agreed since Eggman was the one to wake him up in this time to begin with.

You don't have to go to the Death Egg immediately, but once you do, there's no turning back. If you wanna wait, you can try and fight every other character at their usual spots to gain more skills and Skill Points.
I'll deal with that in another time. For now, let's just continue the story here!

Emerl board the Death Egg, eager and ready to stop Dr. Eggman from unleashing his Final Egg Blaster.
Eggman is the only fighter in this game that you can't actually use without cheats (unless you wanna count the Phis and Guard Robos), and I can kinda see why.
Eggman only has two attacks: Shoot missiles at you, or drop a bomb from below. Even at this, he still respects Auto-Guarding Skills.
Eggman feels like a combination of Rouge and Gamma. He slowly drops from the sky, and if he's KO'd he blows up. SPECTACULARLY.
Your fight with Eggman is basically to KO him 15 times. 5 in the first match, and then 10 in the second one. If you can get through his annoying missile barrage, then you can eventually make it to the final battle of Sonic Battle's Story Mode.
