The next place is Aquarium Park, and this is the only area to have water, and when Sonic is in water for a long time, he can drown unless he makes contact with the air bubbles. There are no new Wisp Powers in Aquarium Park, so there is the Drill Form which can be used underwater is very good for swimming.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is time to enter Aquarium Park, and this one has water courses, and if Sonic is underwater, he can drown unless you make contact with air bubbles. You start Act 1 by making your descent into a winding tube, and you enter Quick Step mode, and as for Wisp powers, there is Cyan Laser and Yellow Drill. You will then learn about pushing boxes, where you can boost into it to kick it, and you can knock down some Egg Pawns that way. You can boost on water to run on it so you don't fall into it, and while you are underwater, you can find a bunch of fish-like enemies underwater.
There are a bunch of prism where you can use Laser on them to access different paths, and at some points, there is a platform going down, and Egg Pawns come down, giving you some enemies to deal with while the platform is going down. Yellow Drill is also accessible underwater, with that, you can swim underwater without the need for air, so you could call it the Torpedo form, and it is right by the Goal Ring.
Act 2 is quite short, and the only Wisp power is Blue Cube, and there are a bunch of platforms that rotate when you step on the switch, so you have to do some platforming to get to the Goal Ring, and there are some Red Star Rings that are easily accessible, some do require Blue Cube.
Then for Act 3, and there are two Wisp powers, Rocket and Ghost. While underwater, you can spot some Orange Wisps, and with Rocket, you can collect a bunch of Rings and Red Star Rings, but watch out for the floating spiked balls. The platforms do have fans underneath them, so you will have to make use of Orange Rocket for this one, this one is quite short.
Then Act 4, and this is a very challenging course, and it even puts the Torpedo form to good use, I do like how Yellow Drill can even be used for swimming, and you can enter the pipes to access new areas, and for Wisp powers, there is Cyan Laser and Yellow Drill. Near the end of the course, a large robot called the Big Chase will pursue Sonic, and it attacks by swinging its arms, which you can jump over, and if you are far away from it, it will shoot lasers, but you can't jump in this course, so your best shot is boosting away from its laser attacks. After getting away from the Big Chaser, that is the end of the Act when you destroy the Wisp Capsule.
