It is time for Asteroid Coaster, this one has a bunch of roller coasters, and Sonic gains access to the Frenzy power up. He then learns why Eggman is capturing aliens and what he is doing to them, which could explain what the Nega Wisp and the Frenzy power up is all about.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Here is the sixth area in the game, and by the way, you can do Planet Wisp, Aquarium Park, and Asteroid Coaster in any order. You start Act 1 on a roller coaster, and you can jump to collect Rings, and you must jump into the rainbow rings, and there are some sections where you have to use the Homing Attack. This course introduces the final Wisp power in the game, it is the Purple Wisp, or Nega-Wisp, which gives you the Frenzy form, and with that, you can destroy obstacles that you cannot otherwise destroy, and each obstacle you destroy, the larger you get.
You board another train, and you can switch between them to avoid falling off the course, and there is the platforming section where you can use Homing Attack on the Egg Pawns, and then Homing Attack on the asteroids to the Goal Ring, completing this Act unlocks Purple Frenzy for every course this power-up is accessible in.
Then Act 2, and Purple Frenzy is the only Wisp power there, and this one has you climbing up the tower, and there are some pusher walls that will push Sonic off the course, and you can use them as platforms. Then Homing Attack on the asteroids and going through many planets, and then using Purple Frenzy to destroy obstacles, and in the last section has gravity flips between parts of the course, and avoiding being pushed back by the pusher wall.
Act 3 of Asteroid Coaster has two Wisp powers, Blue Cube and Pink Spikes, and after getting through some Egg Pawns at the start of the course to watch out for, then the Wide Spring where you have to avoid being pushed off, and at the end is a choice between Spikes or Cube, I would recommend Spikes as there are some collectables you can get with that, and there are some sections where you would need Blue Cube, and with that, you can get to the Goal Ring.
Act 4 is a very short and easy course, it is just a race around the planet with a bunch of Moto Bug, and there is a switch that activates the Goal Ring, and once that is done, we get a cutscene where it reveals what Dr. Eggman is doing with the Wisps, and how Nega-Wisps are created.
