I am using Charizard in this match, and it did get a new Holowear, they added a new Battle Pass called Sun, Sun, Sunshine, and the first reward you get is Charizard in its Adept Style, which is the one I use in this video, I will list the other players as well.
lds - Eldegoss
TrOrange - Snorlax
Cymru95 - Greninja
Nicolas_W9 - Blastoise

The opponent's team of Pokémon
Susukeru - Blastoise
Quaxet - Greninja
Hgne - Garchomp
Mcjyx - Cinderace
dabushs - Pikachu

Other Holowear that was included in the update is a new Premium Holowear for Venusaur, which is in the same Battle Pass as the Charizard that I use in this video, and other Pokémon that received new Holowear is Crustle. The update has changed some Pokémon, Gardevoir and Alolan Ninetales received buffs, and Greedent got nerfed, while Sylveon, Pikachu, and Garchomp received bug fixes.
Then for the weekly rotation, for this week, it is Greninja, Blastoise, Wigglytuff, and Garchomp.
There was also a teaser for a Pokémon that is coming soon to the game, and it will be Decidueye, it is not confirmed what Decidueye's stats will be, or whether it will be an Attacker, All-Rounder, or Speedster.
As with my choice of Pokémon, Charizard did get some buffs, and one notable change is its Unite Move, Seismic Slam, the change is that Charizard starts the Unite Move by grabbing a Pokémon on the opposing team and slamming them down from the air, and then for a short time, Charizard can fly over obstacles and attack by shooting fire, because previously, Charizard would start the Unite Move by flying in the air, and the grabbing the opponent and slamming them down was the final move.
I do like how Charizard's basic attacks are different to other Pokémon, where it starts off really weak in the Charmander stage, and it gains extra range and power when it evolves. Charizard tends to be better in the Bottom Lane, this might be likely because of the Drednaw objective, where once it has evolved into Charmeleon, it can get some extra experience from defeating Drednaw. Flamethrower and Flare Blitz are its most ideal moves, or Fire Punch if you want to go for the knockback on your opponents, and for held items, it can work with Buddy Barrier and Energy Amplifier if you want to keep using its Unite Move for most of the fight, specially with the change to Seismic Slam.
I have given appreciation for the Score Shield, because when scoring a goal, the Score Shield prevents the Pokémon from being interrupted if shielded, and while best used on a Defender, it can work with Speedsters like Zeraora or Absol.
There isn't really much else to go over, as I have shown off all the Pokémon in this game, and I guess the only new things I could show off are the new Holowear, which Charizard did receive in the most recent update, and on the site, Charizard doesn't have too many good match-ups, its best match-up is against Sylveon, and it tends to have a tough time against disablers like Blastoise, Alolan Ninetales, Mamoswine, and Mr. Mime, while it has even match-ups against Pokémon with low HP, like Pikachu, Greninja, Cramorant, and Talonflame, and Pokémon with low Mobility, like Crustle, Slowbro, and Snorlax. Its best teammates are Support style Pokémon, like Wigglytuff, Blissey, and Eldegoss, and while this is based on the info on the site Game8, your experiences with different Pokémon are based on how well you can do with that Pokémon.
