Space Engineers 2023 TOS Enterprise VS Enterprise G
Trying to climb Mt Everest would probably be easier. I was a bit disappointed by the outcome but I can't pretend to be surprised really. It actually could have gone either way shockingly, and even though I lost this match I feel like I gave it one hell of an effort.
Note the condition of the warp core as I'm trying to place a command seat at the end. It's floating freely and I know it, but I tried anyway. I figured one or two good rams to his secondary hull might do it.
What went wrong: Not sure how or why the projector system went offline so quickly but we were then on very borrowed time. To compound this we took a bit of damage at the saucer front which led me to think we needed to defend a bit more than we did. On a second pass around the Enterprise G I noticed we could hit the shield emitter so in fact I did plot a course to ram that spot.
My favorite critical error was thinking I could get that starboard nacelle through the front of his secondary hull, it was a Hail Mary of sorts but it fell flat. We kinda death roll over the saucer in aggravation which was meant to take off a few phasers at least - #EpicFail
In the end we simply must salute the Enterprise G and congratulate the computer on a well deserved victory. #Cheers and I'm glad I didn't record audio, there were admittedly screechy sounds by the end.
