Unfortunately my record didn't work until it was about 1/2 over. I assure you that you aren't missing anything important as the result was a lightning quick destruction of a Star Destroyer by V-Q Torpedos which fired off as I got in visual range. By the time I was in Phaser range 3 more volleys fired off and just obliterated it utterly which is where we are as the recording begins.

If I adjust the torpedos to be another kind the result is the same it just takes x amount more time. i.e. Quantum, 2 x as long but the ship I'm using is still largely untouched.

No wookies were harmed in the making of this video. Honestly I suspect this tiny ship could defeat any of my others, just as I'm sure they can beat it. It really does just depend on the strategy employed with the caveat of there being an actual limit to what some weapons can do. It would be unwise to attack it with antiquated phaser systems (and no torpedos) but beyond that, any phaser set up beyond the most basic can actually defeat the sovereign shown.

Size isn't the biggest factor in the game by a long shot. Small block anything has a severe disadvantage against large block but even that can theoretically be overcome as long as the weapons and shields are set up the right way. Shuttlecrafts can not reasonably be expected to defeat Starships, but if you made something on a similar enough scale and had adequate weapons you could technically do it. Likewise swarming with small block ships can be a good strategy if you have enough weapon power on each small block ship.

When in doubt use I'' generally use large block at around 1/3 to 1/2 scale to go after a larger enemy, do that and you'll probably be fine. If using small block think: "at scale or larger," to even stand a chance. The reason for this is mostly structural integrity of smaller blocks can almost never be as complete as the larger block counterpart. If one large block is as strong as 9 small blocks - every corner is weaker on a smaller block ship. You could design around that - but once you get a large design going that is made of smaller blocks your computer will actually start hating you personally.
