Jet Hammer has been buffed enough in Ultimate to have legitimate usage now, but mainly as a ledge-trapping move, it otherwise is terrible to just charge up and keeping spamming in neutral. Nonetheless, it's yet another move that breaks CPUs, who seemingly just get confounded and will just throw out moves that are outranged or easily armored through by it, enough so that it isn't that difficult to three stock them only using this move. To demonstrate it, using a CPU Kirby was appropriate, both for thematic purposes and because the AI Kirby in particular does a lot of dumb stuff in reaction to you just revving up Jet Hammer.
