Quantitative Analysis of Leniolisib: A Novel Selective PI3Kδ Inhibitor

Layman's Abstract: A new and reliable lab test has been created to measure the amount of Leniolisib, a recently approved medicine for a rare immune disorder (PI3Kδ syndrome). This test uses a method called HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), which helps scientists accurately check the quality of the medicine in tablets. The process is simple, fast (taking only six minutes per test), and highly precise. It was tested under different stress conditions, like heat, light, and chemicals, to ensure stability. The results confirmed that this method is dependable and ready for routine use in pharmaceutical labs to maintain the quality of Leniolisib.
