Given the game's many starting locations and class-specific quest lines, there's an insane amount of fully voiced dialogue sequences and cutscenes in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Not all of them are particularly memorable, of course, but even the smallest of fetch quests get quite a few lines of dialogue each and this adds a lot the overall experience.

Apart from that, the companion system is what interests me most as a singleplayer-oriented player, but until recently I had only a fairly generic R2-D2-esque droid at my side to interact with and get random comments from. During the long quest shown in this video, the fiery Padawan Kira Carsen finally joins my party and she's probably the first NPC in the game that stands out as having a clearly defined personality (with an endearing tendency to scream "eat my lightsaber, jerk" no less).
