This video comprises 10+ demos, almost all outtakes in clip form and one successful demo, for the challenge of scoring all monsters, items and secrets from a pistol start in Sunlust's Map 03 'Forgotten Shrine' with no damage taken, whatsoever, a.k.a. No Damage Completion. There is commentary throughout the video, mostly recorded live as I streamed attempts on Twitch.

Sunlust is a popular Boom-compatible 32-map megawad for Doom 2 published in 2015 by Ribbiks and Dannebubinga and can be downloaded for free from: https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/levels/doom2/Ports/megawads/sunlust
Thanks to Coincident for the transparent Sunlust logo in the thumbnail.
The strategy for this beautiful level was conceived in early 2021 but I save up Sunlust challenges, because so little of this megawad is sufficiently doable for No Damage. Having said that, there is more to come!
The non-linearity of the map meant that I could experiment with the order of the monster traps, sometimes just to spare my sanity because of the relentless failures at the plasma rifle fight, but also sometimes discovering permanent improvements in the route --- such as when I discovered how effective the chaingun was at the 'blue key garden'.
Let me know what you think about the on-screen graphics, especially the sped-up footage and the tic-counting explanations. Tic counting is the technique of moving precisely enough in space/time to avoid taking damage from damaging floors. I explained it for the first time in my 'Living End' video from October 2020, available at:

None of the lava journeys in 'Forgotten Shrine' were difficult as such, I believe I only went wrong with them twice in total and on one of those occasions I forgot to have autorun on at the rocket launcher fight, pretty embarrassing!
One interesting story that developed during the streams which didn't make it into the video:
The imp behind the shotgun close to the Berserk secret would occasionally jump out of his little cave when killed. Once the corpse fell a long way towards me and I said something about him auditioning for a talent show. Follow me on Twitch so you don't miss out on such silliness:
