It is time for Mario to begin his adventure around Isle Delfino, and he follows Shadow Mario into the Rainbow M painting into Bianco Hills, a village inhabited by Piantas and has a bunch of windmills. In his first visit, he has to clean up the goop on the path to the large windmill, and he encounters a new foe named Petey Piranha.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Shadow Mario has escaped into a Rainbow M that he painted on the Grand Pianta Statue, and Mario follows him into Bianco Hills, and the first episode is Road to the Big Windmill, for some reason, this game calls them episodes instead of missions.
Bianco Hills is the first area Mario enters, and I wouldn't technically call them worlds, as it is part of Isle Delfino, and you can see other locations in the background. This place is a countryside inhabited by Piantas, and Mario starts at a sloped area and you can cross the river to Windmill Village, and you can encounter a Strollin' Stu, those are like the Goombas of Isle Delfino, and Goombas don't appear in this game, and some of the flowers can appear as Pokey Heads, or Sanbo Heads, and they can be sprayed into a wall to get three coins. The gate to the outer parts of the town is close, so you can take the waterwheel to get to the other side, or alternatively, jumping over the wall using the ropes. The countryside is filled with goop, and you can see some Piranhabons, which are large Piranha Plant heads covered in goop, and they are infinitely created by a Generator, which sprayed you fight a Gatekeeper, or Proto Piranha, spray his mouth three times to defeat him, and the hill will be restored and you can get your Shine Sprite.
Next episode is Down With Petey Piranha!, and this game is the debut of Petey Piranha, who would then become a recurring Mario character in many games, including spin-off games. You have to go to where the first episode took place, and continue the path through the broken bridge, which requires the Hover Nozzle, and the path that spirals around the tower has goop and Piranhabons, and you can find Piranha Plants, which can be sprayed for some coins. The paths have some spiky vines around them, and once you get to the end of the path, jump on the windmill's platforms and at the top of Petey Piranha, and we get a cutscene where the roof cracks open and drops Mario and Petey into the windmill.
I like the boss battle theme in this game, and Petey Piranha is our first boss in the game, when Petey opens his mouth, he will spit out goop, but if you use the Squirt Nozzle in Petey's mouth, he starts to fill up and fall backwards, Ground Pound Petey's stomach to make him spit out the water, do it three times to defeat him to get your Shine Sprite. If you are that close to Petey Piranha, he can swing his head around. Petey is a character whos gender is different in many games, in French, Petey is called Flora Piranha, and in German, he is called Mutant-Tyranha, and Petey is believed to be female in the French and German versions, and in Japan, Petey Piranha is called Boss Packun, because in Japan, Piranha Plant is called Packun Flower.
Back at Delfino Plaza, we find the Boathouse has been covered in goop, and we must deal with a Proto Piranha there, and after spraying him three times, he comes back for another round, and with some Swoopin' Stus, and after beating him again, this restores the Boathouse, where you can exchange 10 Blue Coins for a Shine Sprite, and there are 30 Blue Coins in each world, and the Boathouse unlocks Ricco Harbor.
The Hillside Cave Secret is the first secret course, and you have to use the ropes to get to the cave on the hillside, and when you enter, Shadow Mario takes away FLUDD, and you enter a secret course. This is just an easy platforming level, and some nails give you 1-Up Mushrooms if you Ground Pound them. After crossing the platforms, the Shine Sprite is at the end.
The fourth episode is Red Coins of Windmill Village, and as the title says, all 8 Red Coins are in the Windmill Village, some of them requiring ropes to collect them, as they are on top of buildings. Some ropes have Wire Traps, a type of Spark that ride wires, and they can hurt Mario if he touches them, and some Wind Spirits appear, and they can knock Mario off platforms, and they can appear at high places. When you have collected all 8 Red Coins, the Shine Sprite appears on the tallest windmill in the village.
Once you have 5 Shine Sprites, the Lighthouse disappears, and it is time to go up against another Proto Piranha, which does need six hits to take out, and the Lighthouse will be restored, and that will unlock Gelato Beach.
