B-stick is basically setting the C-Stick to Special. So C-Left/C-Right is equivalent to pressing Left+B/Right+B

Not ground breaking, it gives Mewtwo a safe escape if it whiffs its Side-B special.

One of the key differences (and why I think this isn't ground breaking):
when confusion hits, Mewtwo stays in position for a few seconds until the animation is complete.

So shenanigans like clipping opponents through platforms isn't possible.
