I use Lucario to go through All-Star Mode in this video, and in All-Star Mode, you deal more damage to your opponents, while you take less damage and knockback from your opponents moves. For a character like Lucario, the increased damage pairs well with Lucario's aura where its attacks are more powerful the more damage received, and even at lower percentages, Lucario can get in some good KO moves like its forward smash, and while Aura Sphere isn't as effective due to projectiles not being affected by the increased damage, it can be good for getting in damage on the opponent, you will have to watch out for stage hazards if you want to keep your damage high, but it is best to heal some HP so that your opponents don't KO you.
As with Lucario's Alt. Trophies, the 3DS version uses its 2nd alternate costume, while the Wii U version uses its 4th alternate costume.
I will go over All-Star Mode and which characters you fight against.
Round 1 (2015-2007): Corrin, Greninja, Lucina, Robin, Dark Pit, Shulk, Bayonetta, Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina & Luma
Round 2 (2006-2001): Lucario, Lucas, Ike, Zero Suit Samus, Toon Link, Bowser Jr., Roy, Olimar, Villager
Round 3 (1998-1994): Ganondorf, Sheik, Cloud, Jigglypuff, Charizard, Pikachu, Mewtwo, Diddy Kong, Ness
Round 4 (1993-1991): Meta Knight, Falco, Fox, Wario, King Dedede, Kirby, Sonic
Round 5 (1990-1986): Captain Falcon, Yoshi, Dr. Mario, Marth, Mega Man, Ryu, Palutena, Pit
Round 6 (1986-1984): Samus, Zelda, Link, Bowser, Peach, R.O.B., Duck Hunt Duo
Round 7 (1984-1980): Little Mac, Luigi, Donkey Kong, Mario, Pac-Man, Mr. Game & Watch

As both versions of Super Smash Bros. 4 only have two Pokémon stages, and both of them are used for two different battles, none of them are used for Lucario, for stages that appear when fighting characters that debuted in 2006-2001, in the 3DS version, the stages are 3D Land, Tortimer Island, and Distant Planet, and in the Wii U version, the stages are Mario Circuit, Pyrosphere, Castle Siege, Garden of Hope, Town and City, Smashville, and Pirate Ship.
Lucario's Final Smash Trophy is called Mega Evolution (Lucario), and on some sources, the Final Smash is called Mega Lucario, but anyway, Lucario does Mega Evolve and that makes its attacks a lot more powerful, but the transformation lasts for less time if Lucario takes damage while transformed.
