Here is Jigglypuff's Classic Mode route, and this one is really interesting, but before going over that, I go through the characters based on a randomized list, but my playlist will display the fighters in order of how they are displayed on the roster. Jigglypuff's Classic Mode route is All Original, All 64, and the characters fought on this route are the original 12 characters from Super Smash Bros. on the Nintendo 64, this route could even be a reference to the 1 Player Mode in Super Smash Bros. 64.
To unlock Jigglypuff, there are many different ways, one of them is through Vs. Matches, where Jigglypuff is the 15th character to be unlocked, and it is the 2nd character unlocked by completing Classic Mode with Kirby or anyone in his unlock tree after Ness.
In Round 1, you fight Link on Hyrule Castle, this does reference 1P Game, or 1 Player Mode where Link is the first opponent you fight in that mode, and Link uses his green costume, referencing Link's appearance in the previous Smash games before Ultimate. In Round 2, you fight Mario on Peach's Castle, in Round 3, you fight against Samus and Yoshi on Super Happy Tree, this stage was previously known as Yoshi's Island, and Samus was likely placed there because her stage in Smash 64, Planet Zebes, is not in this game. In Round 4, you fight Kirby and Fox on Dream Land, Fox being fought in that battle could be because Sector Z, which was Fox's home stage in Smash 64, is not in this game. In Round 5, you fight Pikachu on Saffron City, and in Round 6, you fight Luigi, Ness, Captain Falcon, and Jigglypuff on Battlefield, those four were the unlockable characters in Super Smash Bros. 64, and if you are playing as Jigglypuff with the bow, your opponent is the default Jigglypuff.
Next up is the Bonus Stage, and after that, Jigglypuff does not fight a boss on its Classic Mode route, despite Master Hand being the final opponent in 1 Player Mode in Super Smash Bros. 64, instead your final opponent is Giant Donkey Kong, which could be a reference to 1 Player Mode where Giant Donkey Kong was kind of a boss fight, Jigglypuff is one of two characters on the base roster to not fight a boss at the end of their Classic Mode route. Giant Donkey Kong is fought on Kongo Jungle in Omega Form, and the stage was called Congo Jungle in the original games, not sure if that was a typo in the original games.
After that, it is the credits, and the music is the Pokémon Center theme from Red & Blue, and you then earn the Fighter Spirit for Jigglypuff, it was good to see Jigglypuff's Classic Mode route being a reference to the original Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 64.
