I have arrived at Celestic Town, it is a very small town, but it does have some history behind the legends of the Sinnoh region. The main task is to deliver the Old Charm to the elder of Celestic Town, who also happens to be Cynthia's grandmother. There is a Team Galactic Grunt threatening to blow up the town, so I have to put a stop to him before he does so.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

At the start of the video, I managed to get a Carnivine to show up on the binoculars, and I didn't realize it had a catch rate of 200, I was expecting Carnivine to be a bit more difficult to catch.
Celestic Town isn't that large, but some of the people do give a bit of backstory about the Sinnoh region. What you want to do is fight the Team Galactic Grunt threatening to blow up Celestic Town, after he is defeated, he will retreat. Then you give the Old Charm to the elder of Celestic Town, and enter the ruins, where you see a painting of three mysterious Pokémon, and the elder gives you the TMs for Surf, a very good Water-type move to have if you are using a Water-type like Empoleon, Gastrodon, Golduck, and many others, and fun fact, Pikachu can learn Surf as well.
When you leave the ruins, you encounter the suspicious man from back at Mt. Coronet, who introduces himself as Cyrus, and he then leaves after a bit of dialogue.
Then there is the eastern part of Route 211, that place is optional, and there's no reason to fight the Trainers on that route, I guess the one with the Noctowl is a very interesting Trainer because of her dialogue. One Pokémon I forgot to go over in the previous part was Swablu, which you would find on Route 210 in Platinum, and you can find it in the Grand Underground in this game, and at this point in the game, the Pokémon in the Grand Underground are at Levels 33 to 37 if you have four Gym Badges, so if you catch Swablu at this point, you should be able to evolve it into Altaria fairly soon. You can use the Move Maniac to get Hurricane once it is evolved, and it will learn Dragon Pulse upon evolution. Altaria is a well rounded Dragon/Flying-type Pokémon that tends to be more of the defensive side, but it isn't much of an attacker, and it does not learn Dragon Dance through level up, so that has hindered it a bit. It does get some nice moves like Moonblast, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, and many other moves, so at least it has versatility. As for Egg Moves you can get on Swablu, it can have Hyper Voice, which is a nice move to have during the Swablu stage, specially if you catch it before the second Gym, some other noteworthy moves are Feather Dance, Tailwind, Haze, Play Rough, and Power Swap.
You can get a TM on Route 211, talk to the Ace Trainer to get Psych Up, and you can access a part of Mt. Coronet, but we cannot fully access it as we need Strength, well you need the Badge that lets you use Strength outside of battle.
Then for the Grand Underground, there are only two rooms, and one large room when you enter the Grand Underground from Celestic Town, in the northwest room is Icy Cave, you can pick up a Deep Sea Scale, which is the item that boosts Clamperl's Special Defense by 50% when held, and this item is what allows Clamperl to evolve into Gorebyss when traded. There is the large room where you can pick up a Nugget and the TM for Dragon Pulse, a Special Dragon-type move with 90 power, and not many Pokémon in the Sinnoh Dex can make use of it, but for Pokémon outside the Sinnoh Dex, some notable examples are Blastoise, Ampharos, Sceptile, and a few others can learn that move.
One thing I want to go over in the description is the cloning glitch, which if you remember got patched in the 1.1.2 update, but one thing I was not aware of until the time I recorded this video is that a new cloning glitch was discovered, and it might have been patched already, what you had to do is press R and A to select Fly, enter a Pokémon Center and go down the escalator, exit the Pokémon Center, then when you selected an area, press X to open the menu, and then fly to that area, preferably Solaceon Town, then enter a house, and you can open the menu in the PC and do the cloning glitch, and this is how you were able to get multiple items, specifically rare items like TMs, Evolution Stones, Max Revives, and many other good items, and it got patched unfortunately, ILCA really hates fun, but I hate the fact they made TMs one use, which is a massive step back to the modern Pokémon games. I don't tend to use glitches that much, well aside from the Ball Glitch in Pokémon Colosseum, specially once you get the Master Ball and you can use it without having to waste the Master Ball, and then Pokémon XD removed the Ball Glitch.
