This is a play-through using Vega (Claw) in the PS1 version of Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo (from Street Fighter Collection). Read on below for more information...

Vega is the 2nd of 4 bosses in this game, he is a regular playable character.

===== Additional Information =====

---- Being the 2nd boss, he'll always appear as the 10th opponent when the player plays through Arcade Mode.

---- Being a set boss character in Arcade Mode, you get to have a mirror match against him if you select him as your character to play as.

---- The bosses are the only characters who do not have a unique 'backwards' walking animation in the SF2 series.

---- He is known as Balrog in Japan.

---- To determine him, fighting game players refer to him as "claw".

---- If he blocks enough times, his claw will be detached.

---- In SSF2T, if his claw becomes detached it will stay on the ground and he can pick it back up, which gives him the claw back.

---- In and SSF2 and SSF2T, even when he is on his own background (Spain), he does not climb the fence when performing his Barcelona Strike.

===== About Vega =====
Probably the most famous fighting game narcissist... his design is most certainly unique. Since his appearance in SF2:WW, his personality developed and can be considered as one of the staples of Street Fighter.

===== About PS1 SSFT2/SFC =====
PS1 SSF2T is part of a 2-disc game collection called Street Fighter Collection, with the other game in the collection being Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold. Back then, I would imagine most people bought the collection for SSF2 & SSF2T rather than SFA2G if they already had the original SFA2.

This version is a very good port of the Arcade game. Aside from the unavoidable loading times, everything else seems to be intact, which is expected considering the game is much "less-hardware-demanding" when compared to say, SFA2 or MSH. The lifebar lengths are slightly shorter than the arcade version but I can live with that.
