That Time Optimus Was Forced to Combine with 4 Transformers. Usually when Transformers combine. We see multiple robots share mutual thoughts and consent to use each other to defeat a common enemy. Ultimately becoming a more powerful robot with a singular consciousness. However, if you just so happen to be someone who isn’t keen on combining with someone. And Optimus was a Prime example of this. During a time in which Starscream rose to prominence as the High Chancellor of Cybertron. He would punish those who opposed his laws. And Prowl was 1 of them. Who was eager to end the evil Seeker’s reign. When Optimus told him that he had plans to take Starscream down but it would take patience. Prowl disagreed. He’d have Rattrap bring the Enigma of Combination. As Ironhide, Mirage, Sunstreaker, and Optimus tried to stop Rattrap from reaching Prowl’s prison cell. He would activate the device causing all the Autobots except for Rattrap to combine. And Prowl would gain control of the behemoth. After separating Optimus would have Prowl arrested.
