The Columbus Mine features several adits, but I only had time to explore one. The tunnel's initial 350 feet were heavily timbered due to the fractured rock that the tunnel was dug through. I also discovered a vertical shaft further in the mine, an old cyanide barrel, and miners' graffiti from 1930.
