Anirog software were one of the more prolific software houses in the early days of the C64 and had clones of the popular arcade games of the time. Coded by David Gamon, this is a Moon Patrol clone, and not a great one.

Anirog got the games out quickly but nearly always with a lack of polish and this is no exception. Basic sprites, jerky parallax scrolling and no real feeling of speed leave this as a very basic version of the arcade game but by getting it out quickly and some inexplicably positive reviews, it was successful.

Anirog soon found themselves behind the curve as better games came out and their output struggled to match the quality of other software houses and disappeared in early 1985.
